Why tools that do not upload your files matter

Many online converters require uploading to a server — transfers, logs, and retention you do not control.

Client-side processing runs on your device; the file does not go to Tool Factory.

Especially relevant for IDs, payslips, medical files, or contracts.

Limits: browsers have finite memory; huge files may fail or run slowly.

When our PDF/image tools say “no upload”, we prioritize that privacy model.
